An open letter to all who land on our page
I’m often asked “What makes Step Seven different?” We break from traditional programs in two ways: We focus exclusively on Jesus as our Higher Power; and we encourage growth via intimate small groups instead of large, anonymous, meetings. It’s in these groups of 10 to 15 like-minded individuals that we best build a relationship with Jesus. Our members come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Many tried numerous traditional methods only to see themselves fail time and time again. These same men and women have now found forgiveness, strength and freedom in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. In our efforts to help people meet and strengthen their relationship, we put together a holistic program to foster this most important of relationships. Please take a moment and look around at what all is going on and let me know how we can serve you.
We have a 28 day program at our Center where those newly sober can establish a relationship or strengthen their foundation. Graduates can move from there into one of our sober living homes and continue to grow as they return to work and re-engage with family. Both those in the program and in the community at large are welcome at any of our small group meetings held throughout the week. All are also welcome at our worship service. We are a recovery church where you can feel free to acknowledge your past and embrace your future in Christ. Please contact me through one of the below and let me know how we can help you or a loved one.
If you are reading this and wondering if this might work for you or a loved one ask yourself these questions:
Do I or my loved one continue to quit only to start up again?
Am I (or they) tired of being told that they are powerless and hopeless?
Can I (or they) imagine a future free from these challenges?
Can I (or they) at least consider Jesus as my Higher Power?
If the answer is yes, we would like to invite you to join us. Our only desire is to help you. Please give us that chance, after all what do you have to lose?
